I am a Naval Historian. I have written five books since 1994. They are PT BOATS IN ACTION, VOSPER MTBs IN ACTION, US 110' SUBCHASERS IN ACTION, U.S. PATROL TORPEDO BOATS IN WORLD WAR II, 1939-1945, and I've co-authored SCHNELLBOOT IN ACTION. I have also written several articles that have appeared in MODEL SHIP BUILDER, SHIPS IN SCALE, MODEL SHIP JOURNAL and the International Plastic Modelers' Society's MODELERS JOURNAL since 1996. I was awarded the 2000 Clean Sweep Award by the Veterans Association known as PT BOATS, INCORPORATED because of my continuing effort to promote the history of PT boats in World War II.

PT, MTB, MGB, SC, PTGB, Schnellboot, WPB, or a modern Fast Attack Craft (specifically the Vosper Thorneycroft designed PERESKA Class), I can help.
In regard to costs; I charge a $25 per hour consulting fee to perform my research for you, and by law, I need to charge the Connecticut sales tax of 6%. I apologize for that, but it is required by law.
If I email you photos or drawings, I will need to charge you 1% of the Connecticut sales tax on the price of a photo or drawing and if I have to purchase whatever you need (i.e.: photos or drawings) I will need to charge the 6% CT sales tax on the price for the items.
I do not want to do this, but it is required by law.
